Research Journal Blog Post 2

I used Google Scholar to start finding scholarly sources that relate to my research topic question. I did find a few scholarly sources that I will be using for my research, but compared to a regular internet search I did on Google, the scholarly articles provided more credible and in-depth information than using just Google search. Google search had shorter articles where, at the end of the article, people can comment and share their opinions related to the article. Those comments sometimes gave me a new insight on the topic that I wasn’t aware of before or even directed me to go to a website where further information can be found. Using a scholarly internet resource helps me feel more trustful in the information I’m reading, but it can be difficult at first when I’m trying to figure out what keywords or syntax I should use to find the relatable sources to my topic.
