A City Tech OpenLab Course Site
The OpenLab is an open-source, digital platform designed to support teaching and learning at City Tech (New York City College of Technology), and to promote student and faculty engagement in the intellectual and social life of the college community.
A morning spent observing the Farragut Houses, all that could sum up my experience is wow. Being born and raised in New York I spend a lot of time and thinking of how to escape my hometown and explore other areas of the world/ country. With that being said I shown things that I have always taken for granted, for buildings and houses that either stood out to me because of the neighborhood it was in, was now standing out for the type of brick pattern or the type of gates that were used to border the property. For the 2 hours I spent coming up with research questions and allowing myself to look deeper I almost felt like a professional architect.
