    Based on this question,

    I am quite surprised that you did a different way to find y, which it was to have the Liner homogenous to be applied on y = ce^-f(p(x)dx)

    I perform the long way to find y, because I find that to be tricky so I have to do the integration on both sides to find y, as for the rest, it is similar to what I do on a similar question.

    In other words, this is an amazing solution!
