The most significant thing that I learned is to have empathy because empathy is one of the attributes that help you become successful. Treat others how you wanna be treated because it is important to respect your workers and the people around you. I also learned to have many goals and to find different ways to achieve them all and more. I learned that it is up to us as the future generation of hospitality workers to create the perfect guest experience.
