As a college student there are lot of developed skills along the way like communication skills. Communications plays a big part in the food and beverage industry you have to communicate not only with the customers but with one another. Another skill would be all the information that we have gathered in our hospitality classes, lodging has given us advantage of knowing things required in a hotel and how important are the quality of the beds. We learn how to keep a customer happy with their service which is a big part in the food and beverage industry which would be needed to secure a job.
