The purpose of World central Kitchens is to serve food out to the communities for those who need it, especially seniors. There are many communities but 3 are Seattle, Chicago and Miami. They are being served to by the WCK simply because they want to help those who are in need especially because of the pandemic. Three education initiatives are sink to stove, Ecole des chefs and plow to plate. The WCK puts effort towards education because they are able to teach stuff like sanitation and learn about bacteria. Also like plow to plate are being taught how to produce their own food.
