The most significant information I learned from this segment is that empathy is apart of success. Especially being that class is remote now, it requires students to be more attentive and work harder so it may be more stressful. Also, it can be a workload for teachers as well because they also have to adjust to the new way of teaching. So, understanding both sides of the learning culture is definitely helpful. It’s about learning, improving, and getting that help. Rough times happen and it can change with the simple step of understanding.
