The significant thing I learned from the James beard foundation is that they have 2 funds that helps out big and small independent restaurants across America to help them deal with the crisis that COVID-19 has created. One of the funds also helps the restaurants to rebuild and thrive for long term. The 2 funds are Open for Good and the Food and Beverage industry Relief fund. I also learned that I can donate to these funds to help them out and also donate to the foundation as well.
