I’m David Martinez-Capestany and I haven’t really had much career and academic experience as far as being a chef goes, but growing up and seeing my mom cook for everyone no matter what, and helping them out of any situation really influenced me and the roads I have chose to go down. My goal is to gain experience in the kitchen and also in face to face interactions. I want to be able to talk to new people no matter the circumstance just like my mother. I feel that hospitality originated from a mother’s touch and I hope that in the future my touch can stack up.
