Disney was highly organized when it came to the internship. Even my roommate was surprised by the changes which were made. We were made aware of how amazing it was that Disney chose us out of many other applicants. With each meeting, we became more informed about what was expected of us and how we were going to perform our roles. They even talked about how there are certain areas backstage where no photography is allowed. I was worried about making the wrong mistake since they mentioned the NDA, which we all signed beforehand several times. During traditions, we were told how to use the new app and how convenient it was. We were notified of the 5 keys, Safety, Inclusion, Efficiency, and Courtesy, Show and how each of these can be implemented into our jobs. We recently added our āEarning our Ears ribbonā to our nametag and it felt like such an accomplishment. Learning how I will now be part of the Disney magic and hopefully, one day create a special moment for a family.
