Coming this week it was something because they out a new ride where i work. It has been getting busy at nigth due to the fireworks and we get orders like crazy. There be some with ALLERGIES orders, which we have to take seriously because some life is on our hands. And which can also kills someone, and get us suit.
If the coordinators don’t take it seriously, we can get a recommend or a point for serving an ALLERGIE order. There so much things that we can do because we were not trained for it, and if we were than things will or might go faster. Also when doing and order we have to wash our hands, did you know there’s 7 steps to wash your hands.
I understand how serious it is to have a guest with an allergy. Unfortunately, once a guest mentions they have an allergy to a cast member we are not allowed to serve them even if they say to forget it. As a CP we are likely to be termed if the guest has an allergic reaction since we continued to serve them. We have to direct them to the allergic Chef to ensure their meal is safe.
