This week, they were throwing a party for the people who did the ride out. They were serving food for the staff. We all had a great time. I was mostly on prep that week then one of the two chefs came up to me and asked if I wanted to be in a safety procedure poster and I agreed they were taking pictures of me doing the safety procedures for taking out the animal waste and it showed step-by-step of the process. Also, I was presented the opportunity to stage. The family dining restaurant in Caribbean. They presented the food on a large platter due to how many people are in the reservation. I learned the right way to dispose of the animal fat. They decide for me to learn how to close the quick service restaurant. Depending on the station you are at. You need have all prep done and making sure the food is at the right temperature before putting in the refrigerator.
