Week 13 was family time. My mom and brother came to visit for his 5th birthday. We had a park day of course, the first park we visited was Magic Kingdom. We met my cousin and her friend at the Ticket and Transportation Center then took the monorail to the entrance of the park. The first stop after we entered the park was the iconic photo spot at Magic Kingdom, The Castle. All the queues were super long so our first ride was the carousel followed by The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Mad Tea Party, Tomorrowland Speedway then TRON. It was a fun day out catching up with my cousin who I haven’t seen in 3 years and my mom who I haven’t seen since Christmas. 

We ended the day with fireworks at Epcot. It was my first time being at Epcot that late to see the fireworks and it was magical. It’s not like regular fireworks it was a fireworks show with theme music and lights. I later learned that it’s called Luminous: The Symphony of US.

I spent the whole week with my family which made me feel at home. They also got to see where I work and met my wonderful coworkers. We had a pool day at Flamingo and my mom cooked my favorite Jamaican dinner. It was a very memorable and happy week taking my family to Disney for the first time, we had a fun filled week.
