This week was calm, and I was in most of the stations which allowed me to practice. I was in the Bakery and practiced how to make Sundae and milkshakes, something I had not done in a minute. I unfortunately did not make Minnie Sink Sundae, which is a special dessert we currently have. They have a flipbook on how to assemble it, what questions might be asked, and how to respond to them. Being in Pizza as a loader/catcher had me using phrases like heard, hot coming through, or right behind more often. I oversaw the pizzas coming out and the breadsticks from the pasta station which they frequently ran out of. However, being a loader/catcher I was able to learn where everything for that station was and what I could be doing while I was waiting for the pizzas to come out. I was either making boxes since they are few done ahead of time or I helped the stations restock.
