The past week it was very stressful because we get rush in kitchen. The restaurant was ready to do orders, however we got one long order .It was just an unpredictable order, but we headed it making sure that we have everything to send at once’s. We make sure that all the trays are together for the foh. Some leader came over to help out becases it take over 12-16 trays to complete the order .

However though out at that moment we got to experience, what it like when it busy. Having to make sure we don’t panic when another order come like that. Also very happy that the train that we did helps very much, if not than it will go down hill and would’ve been panicking. Knowing what to do make the process fast and make the customer happy. Everything is a learning experience we just have to learn from our mistakes.
