I’ve encountered this word from the website I have used for my annotated bibliography. Why It’s Important To Build Customer Relationships (And How To Start) (smallbiz.tools)
Quote from the article – “When you treat people right, they become repeat customers and your biggest brand advocates. In fact, they’ll become invested in your success. Conversely, if you let them down, beware! Hell hath no fury like a customer scorned – especially one who decides to tweet about it so everyone knows how they feel.”
If you treat people well, they will become your future clients; if you don’t, the opposite will happen.
