Article: Keane, Niall (2018), 7 technologies transforming the restaurant industry.
Quote from article: “Having kiosks to handle the transactions allows employees to focus their efforts on back-of-house operations and customer service, rather than having their efforts divided.”
My thoughts/interpretation: We see Kiosks almost every now. It has become an important technology to help customers interact and handle transactions on their own.
