Writing for the Public

The truth is, I’ve spent most of this year just chilling and relaxing and enjoying my free time from being around so many people. Ever since I had the option to stay home I felt like I can go out more and explore the open, diseased area that people don’t walk around anymore, like before. I can go to manhattan and Soho without being shoved or pushed. I can Walk around in plain sight and look around without watching my steps. It was a great time to catch up on myself And I went through the journey with the Burning passion of Curiosity.

Although We have our human parting system going on, I normally would hang out with my friends and go biking a lot. But the virus didn’t stop me. Study shows that the more you maintain your health and physique, the more your immunity strengthens to fight off tough viruses. So yeah that’s what I’ve been up to. Just keeping myself up to date on my age and my body type.

I LOVE MUSIC. And that’s a fact. I love foreign music also. This means that I have been listening to a lot of BTS(It’s a Kpop band), And Spanish music, and Japanese music. But mostly nowadays I’ve been listening to a lot of upbeat music that just keeps my mind focused. Heavy bass music is now embedded in me ever since the beginning of the year because I told myself to try new things out this year. I have been having a lot more time to listen to music this year and last year because of the pandemic.

“How Coronavirus Stress May Scramble Our Brains”

It’s weird how stress is a very dangerous yet “helpful?” thing.  Knowing a lot about stress and having to cope with it for my entire life, I find it very amusing how people say you have to embrace it. I don’t really know why and how you would have to embrace it if people are just trying to get rid of it. It’s like saying “Yeah man just be one with Corona and you’ll be alright.” Although I have read enough about the article to be convinced that I need to embrace my stress,  I still don’t think I am able to do such things to ease my prefrontal cortex. I will however give it a go and see how this method can help me. If it’s a major improvement then Hallelujah! I’ve recognized the way the author constructs her writing from where her story of stress comes, to the people being experimented on and tested, and finally the solution. The fact is people need a way to cope with stress, but turns out the best medicine is yourself. The only way to handle your stress is by embracing what’s going on and how to manage it. You are basically helping yourself becoming fireproof to walk through fire. As the article says you need to eat right, exercise, and get enough sleep. Somehow, for some reason that I do not understand, is that having stress can help you. It states in the article saying “People who believe stress can be an enhancing part of life do a better job of handling challenges.” I know for sure trials through life help you grow in maturity and understanding. I can understand that if you experience something, it helps you experience certain things it helps you avoid it next time. Well that means I just got to try something new for a change if what I’m reading is correct.
