My topic was about middle insomnia and how it affects my everyday life. It is a disorder that many people suffer with it globally and a lot of people aren’t aware that they may have it. It is a part of my life at one point it was a large part but it’s now taken a back seat since I’ve been able to get back to normal sleeping habits. A lot of people don’t really talk about in depth how important sleep is they overlook the importance of sleeping, and end up having very irregular sleeping habits.
