Ketogenic diet 

What does keto mean?

The reason why the keto diet has that name is because when the body is out of sugar, fat is converted into energy molecules and these molecules are called ketones.  

The keto diet is based on low carbohydrates ( sugars) and a lot of fats.

I’m always interested in kids videos because I’m able to understand more. I like animated videos because if a kid can understand an adult will understand.
