This article caught my attention because its very important for the environment and because the restaurant I am interning at is one of the restaurants awarded by the Green Restaurant Associates for being Green so it hits close to home. I like that the article gives you a link to the list of Green Restaurants and also gives you a link to find out if your favorite seafood is sustainable.
