Hi, my name is Dr. Laura Westengard, and I use she/they pronouns. I am the Coordinator of the Academic Minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies and an Associate Professor in the English Department at City Tech. My favorite classes to teach are “Studies in Identity and Orientation” and “Gothic Literature and Visual Culture.” I am also the faculty co-advisor for the student PRIDE Club, which meets on Thursdays during club hour in our NEW Pride Lounge (LG29B).
