The topic I decided to write about is What does mental health look like in America
- one in every 5 adults suffer from mental health issue
- mental health issues are caused by early life experiences and health issues
- 1 and 25 Americans suffer from a major mental disorder
I have learned a considerable amount about the status of mental health in Americas as of today. Mental health isn’t something that can be cured over night or with a remedy it is something that changes throughout life . i learned that its more of a balance act throughout life . mental health issues also occur sometimes out of your own power.
- questions
- what are the best ways to combat mental illness
- what demographic of Americans are effected the most
- what is the most common cause of mental illness
- what is the most common form of mental
This is a very broad topic. I might work to narrow down a bit but also rewrite so that they are not answerable with an exact and simple answer.
For example, I might see which is the demographic of American most affected by mental health issues and then ask: Why are mental health issues so predominant among X group? And how can this be alleviated?
Or I might ask, what is the relationship between mental health issues and early life experiences.
Or if there is a particular mental health issue. you are interested in, I would think of a question to explore about that.
