Customer and User experience are two different things. Customer experience is the interactions a customer has with a business. User experience is when someone tries a product or service. These experiences may not seem as important as the business itself, but Chris Wright, the founder of Fifty Five and Five says, “CX takes into account the entire experience that your customer has when they deal with you and your brand” (Wright, 2017, p.11). This means the business relies on the customer and user experience. Whatever the business, you need to provide value and differentiation. If the UX is poor, then people will think twice about your services. You need a good user experience so they can spread the word about your business or product. Like any complicated relationship, UX and CX need each other in more ways than we might think. Both play an important role in business growth.

The name of the article is “I Love Lucifer”and is written by Emily Nussbaum in the section ON TELEVISION. In it Emily Nussbaum gives a review of “The Good Place” season one’s finale . In the review she talks about what she thought the show did right. Such as how it makes fun of what people imagine what heaven and hell is like.
She admits her surprise to the plot twist revealed in the episode. The character Michael who is thought to be an angel is really a devil. She goes on to complement how well written and acted the show was. “Behind his thick glasses, Harper has a perfect slow burn, playing the bespectacled Cary Grant to Bell’s bratty Katharine Hepburn” (Emily Nussbaum, February 6, 2017, Page 78).

Speeding up knowledge with actual speed is what today’s technology can offer. According to “Get Up To Speed Learn Faster With High-Velocity Tech” by Clive Thompson from Wired magazine, a coder living in Greece has noticed when learning skills online people do it at a faster speed. He notices himself doing it as well, changing certain videos to 2x speed. He goes on to say, “And as online videos become an increasingly important platform for acquiring new skills, speedup behavior is edging into mainstream.” (Clive Thompson, Wired Magazine, 2017, p. 28). Ten percent of audible users listen to their books sped up and ten percent of Khan Academy users view the videos faster than normal. But what does this mean? It means that this form of skimming or moderate acceleration doesn’t hurt comprehension. Going forward speed isn’t going to be enough we are going to need tools that can quickly analyze info.

In the article “Computer On Wheels” by Carol Reiley she discusses the future for driver less cars. They are trying to make the A.I be able to communicate with the people inside the car. You can use words or even emoji’s to talk to the car which is installed with a roof mounted LED or lasers. It will have a blue light to show other drivers that it is in self driving mode. Even colorblind people will be able to see this blue. With them developing an A.I they will install a “deep driving” which is to identify objects and intent and having it process data. It will be able to identify maps and other things. They will be attempting to make this car like a third living space or something like a cell phone or a computer. This will be a potential huge hitter for cars.
