For all three pictures I used the functions of profile. The first picture is made from using the color scale. I tried to make it contrast enough. The second picture is a used of the color and light scale. The third picture also still used in the color scale section but there is a B&W option. I was curious on how much freedom I can have with just B&W scale options.
These look really similar. It might be easier if you had a closer shot of the boats so that the yellow and blue was a larger part of the shot.
Under color> select BW mix. You should be able to make the yellow for example white in one version and black in another.
