At first I used toothpicks but I felt like it wasn’t great since they were too skinny. I saw my niece using her crayons so I took some of her crayons and created the picture above. I really like how it turned out because of the angles and how I broke one of the toothpick to match with the broken crayon. I used the blue background because it really makes the crayon pop out more. The contrast of the crayon and the blue background is just prominent.
The blue background with the bright direct overhead light were great choices. Good work.
