Hi class!

Please check your student emails for a link to the shared Dropbox for this class. We will use this folder to share WIP of our projects before next week’s presentations.

Files can be .jpeg or .png. Ideally in 16X9 (1920×1080 px) format for optimal screen sharing.

Great work today in lab! Today we covered the process of taking an idea to paper. That includes a creative brief and a mood board. Very happy that you are all quickly grasping the importance of a creative brief (1.0) for conceptual design. For next class, be prepared to present your creative brief using the Get/To/By framework and a mood board based on this brief. Your creative briefs can be voiced over, but your mood board must be in digital form (or printed to share). I’ve included templates for the mood boards in the Class 2 post but feel free to create your own. Mood boards should follow a 16:9 ratio to present on screen (1920 x 1080px).  Looking forward to seeing your ideas come to life.
