Development of College Council Mission Statement

Following are two versions of the text for the Citytech mission statement for your consideration.

The first version of the mission statement was provided by Barbara Burke from the Office of Sponsored Programs. This text may be considered a more streamlined version of the mission statement that was previously created by the college strategic planning committee.

The second version is a further revision provided by the personnel committee. It revises and builds upon the aforementioned version and emphasizes an alignment with CUNY’s general mission.

These two versions are provided for your review and comments.

Sincerely,
Marco Castillo
