After I did my 10 minutes of research I found that there are many kinds of the instruction manual. Also, I found that I have to Identify the Audience, Define the Purpose of the Manual, Identify the How-To Steps, and Develop Appropriate Graphics. The WEIRD part I found that in a blog it says that “Be Brief and Detailed” that sentence made me thinking how to be brief and at the same time detailed and after doing more research about that I think it means that the writer has to be focused on conveying maximum information in as few words as possible. I found a manual instruction for kids which I felt was good to look at an instruction manual aimed at adults and one aimed at children. That simply gave a step-by-step visual guide of what to do, making this easy for visual learners, the use of color as well means you know what lego pieces you are actually looking at.
