The AIR Office is located at Citytech Namn Building Room N-227. Since the location is inside the school installations, the main office is shared by many people working for different departments, specially AIR and CUNY CORPS. In total, there are six interns at the office; two for AIR and four for CUNY CORPS, plus there are more than ten people working at the Office, including Professors, Ph.D. and students.

The attire is very open, and most of the interns have classes on their internship session days, so the attire is most likely what they use on a normal school day. The rest of the employees wear business casual attire, which I think is the norm for the department.

The working environment at the office is very laid down, at least for interns. Every intern has different schedules and the hours are accommodated according to the student school activities. Dr. Cumming, our department director, agreed that Calvin and I would be coming on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in order to fit the schedule to the same days we are currently coming to school.

So, basically every day is different, but basically we started the day by signing in the work sheet, then we take laptop computers that re property of the offices to work, and report to Yimi Zhao, Our supervisor, or straight to Dr. Cumming. Then, they assign us different projects, which are normally completed on the subsequent days. The environment is relaxed and normally there is not much work stress in it.
