This is the first day of Plan Week, October 31 – November 4, the time in each semester when we encourage students to get ready to meet with their advisor, register and plan next steps in their college careers. We’re asking for your help connecting with students and encouraging them to participate in Plan Week.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Refer students to the Faculty Advisors website, where they will find email addresses for scheduling advisement appointments.

Students who complete at least two Plan Week activities will be eligible for a raffle and can win a variety of small gift certificates and City Tech merchandise or the grand prize of a pair of Beats headphones. We are offering students guided help in the Atrium Learning Center and Voorhees computer lab with

  • Identifying graduation requirements and creating semester-by-semester plans, to assure graduating on time
  • Getting ready to meet with a faculty advisor,
  • Identifying holds that they need to address before registering.

We will be following this up with help using Schedule Builder to register in the same two labs the week registration opens, November 14 – 18. The schedule for Plan Week is below.
