Upcoming Site Visit Location
Tuesday (12/3) is our December tour of a professional Kitchen 10:00am to 12:00pm. The General Manager, FOH Manager and Executive Chef will give a tour of the dining facilities at the Metropolitan Opera. In addition, they will give professional perspective, talk about opportunities and Patina group. This is a great chance to learn more about hospitality operations in this unique location.
