  • Dessert – with several components (sauce, garnish, crunch, option ice cream)
    • Note ice cream – note if home made or purchased

Showcase / Evaluated based on:

  • Presentation (overall, innovation, creativity)
  • Composition (flavors, profile, feasibility)
  • Craftsmanship (preparation, mise en place, organization, technique, skill)

Participants will have a chance to win:

  • 1st Place – Blue Hill’s ResourcED Box

All participants will have an opportunity to attend upcoming Virtual Hand Pulled Noodle Dinner in May.
