If someone is available, can you please volunteer to prepare refreshments and set up for the event on March 24th, 2016?
Our prep time schedule is below:
9:45 – 12:00 – Prep and cook N214(the prep room might be changed)
12:05 – 12:25 -Setup N206 (plates, water, food, and projectors)
12:30 – Doors open
