We all have been doing more cooking at home. Take a moment to show your creativity, skill, and distinctiveness. All Culinary, Pastry, and Enthusiast City Tech students are welcome to join in the fun!
The ACF Big Apple Jr Club Officers invite you to learn about special ingredients and how to be a part of the virtual challenge. Entry submission will be accepted from April 16 to May 6, 2021.
Participants will have a chance to win:
1st Place – Blue Hill’s ResourcED Box
2nd Place – Farmer Lee Jones ‘Best of the Season Box’
3rd Place – ‘Vegetable Simple Book’ by Eric Ripert
All participants will have an opportunity to attend upcoming Virtual Hand Pulled Noodle Dinner in May.
(Yes, you will receive the ingredients to cook dinner for 4 people)
