For the upcoming International Chef Congress in Brooklyn, there are a few more volunteer spots left. The ICC is on October 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. See the information below. It can be a great chance to see and hear some amazing culinarians.
2018 StarChefs International Chefs Congress
The International Chefs Congress an industry-only 3-day symposium featuring the world’s preeminent culinary talent. This year’s theme, Cooking With Respect: Better People, Better Food, will truly engage participants with a world-class experience introducing them to a diverse repertoire of workshops, and culinary competitions with notable presenters such as James Beard Award winners Dominique Crenn, Abe Conlon, Naomi Pomeroy, and Karen Akunowicz to name a few.
This year’s conference will be held from Sunday, October 21 – Tuesday, October 23 at the Brooklyn Expo Center. If you are interested to get in on the action and work alongside some of industry favorites in the industry, please use (and share) the link below to sign up. They are asking all interested volunteers to commit to a minimum of 4 hours in each shift, with multiple shifts available on each of the three days of the Congress.
