Miscommunication

Miscommunication occurs when the writer/speaker is unclear.  When the listener is not listening.  When either the speaker or listener or both are closed-minded and unwilling to alter their perspectives.  When the listener has no idea what the speaker is talking about.  When the listener disagrees with the speaker.
