Throughout this paper, I discuss “Emigre 11” which was a revolutionary offset lithograph for its time. Being designed entirely digitally on the Apple macintosh which was only released a few years prior both designers Rudy Vanderlans and Zuzana Licko use their knowledge after learning this new machine to create this magazine cover, then an article talking about designing on this new technology.
