My first post

Tiring. Throughout this entire summer I was fortunate enough to be pre occupied with work and spend my free time with close friends and family. It was a bit tiring, but definitely worth it. Around halfway through I ended up having an excruciating pain that ran through my thigh and down my leg and was told I had sciatica. It left me in constant unbearable pain for around a week and a half, but after the pain started to go away it was like having a vacation where I stayed in bed for a month. Due to me going on this break from work I was able to spend most of my time with my dogs, Mia and Cookie.

My First Post

Edgy. Summer 2021 was not what I expected it to be as there was so many things that were “out of the norm” that occurred this summer one of them was having to work during the summer. I was really occupied with work related responsibilities. Otherwise I had a great summer .I  really should not complain.
I spent time with family, friends, made new memories and met new people. One of my new memories I made was experiencing the EDGE attraction in New York it was exciting  exploring being 100-stories-high with glass floorin beneath and glass observations with 360-degree NYC views. I am afraid of heights but the challenge of facing my fears is important to me. Spending time with my sister was another experience I enjoyed.  I haven’t seen my sister for a while because she lives in Florida. Viewing Jungle Book in 4dx was really cool encountering the activities of the movie so close and being able to feel them as well was most fulfilling.
Lastly Masons Pickles with my girlfriends wow what an adventure! Mason pickles is an amazing restaurant with great food my favorite was the 24 layer cake and the garlic bread. These are some of the memories I made this summer.

First Assignment – Abeha Choudhry

I’m feeling very indifferent. This is because this is my first semester in college and I don’t know what to expect. I’ve been told by my friends that college is very different from high school, but since this year is online I think it will feel very similar to my senior year of high school. My senior year was also online, so if it does feel the same I am concerned I won’t enjoy my time in college because I don’t like online classes, but I guess time will tell how it will go.

My summer has been very relaxing. It’s been a mix of staying home and going out. The photo I included is when I went out to a pier in the city and caught the sunset.
