Women’s Press Collective: 3rd-4th Weeks

In my third week in Women’s Press Collective other interns and I were asked to make a Christmas card to be send out to the clients and friends of the Organization. The task was to make a illustrate a symbols or something that represents Christmas but with no religious or christmas symbols. An illustration that everyone of all religions can relate too. I decided to draw a mug with hot chocolate and marshmallows on top. A sweet drink that everyone in cold days (Christmas) likes to enjoy to stay warm. Another factor we had to consider was that we can only print in 2 colors. We are still working on the Christmas cards.

In the fourth week in Women’s Press Collective I was asked to write down in alphabetical order the clients who make donations to the organization. It was a nice way to see that the organization has people who believes in what they do.
