Topic- The balance of student life and social life, and when does one life become to much.
Thesis- As we must prepare our selves for the future and work hard in our early stages we should also balance it out with the appreciation for the journey. AS shown in the body paragraphs are the Importance of both life styles.
Body Paragraph #1 =
Education and career are very important to who identify as and how we benefit society.
In order for us to become something great or create something we must have goals or things we want to achieve.
For example in order to become a doctor you must go through medical school and receive several years of schooling.
This is the perfect example because Yes having a paper degree to your name is very important, but not as much important as the journey that one took from those years of schooling, all that time wasn’t only just for a degree. It was the knowledge that was accumulated through out those years.
Body Paragraph #2 =
Having a social life is also important to who you are. Most people would agree that you will learn a lot about yourself that you didn’t know when you are socially interacting with a group or people you don’t know.
There are important reasonings to priorities your social life at certain times, because these experiences build your character.
Some examples of when this can benefit you is if you are making a business deal or applying for a job. the other person or organization may not say it but they would most of the time want someone who is a ‘people person’ and knows how to talk to strangers and give a good image for their business or what the corp represents.
This ties back to the claim by showing how being a social person and doing social things can benefit ones life and future.
Body Paragraph #3
It is essential to find a balance in your life with these two different lifestyles.
I have shown the strengths in student and social life, and how they can coexist in-order to benefit your future and your present.
As students we create schedules for school work, studying, breaks, and work. And when we go out we make plans like who’s coming, where are we going, and how long are we going there for.
Having a diverse schedule for your education/work and social life is important and beneficial for your future and who you are as a person.
Conclusion
I believe students should divide their time so that they are contributing to their educational future and learning along the way, while making time for
Studying for tests and indulging yourself in school while build your knowledge and wisdom which will work toward you getting a degree.
In the end you will become the best you can be as a person and be successful.
