Throughout the semester, I realized that there are a lot of things that a technical director must consider and keep in mind when preparing documents. Time management helps to create better quality documents and promptness. What I can really take away from this experience this semester is that teamwork and collaboration is key to handling projects large or small. Efficient ways to communicate between team members helped to ensure that the team met deadlines, and when meetings couldn’t take place, there were other forms of communication we can use.
