About: Manhattan Architecture firm seeking Entry Level Architect Upper West Side, New York Small Manhattan based Architecture firm seeking a motivated Entry level Architect or recent grad. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with us and gain the needed experience in the field. Our firm is involved in various projects, including penthouse additions, interior renovations, and residential & commercial spaces. It’s a great opportunity to learn a variety of skills such as, NYC building codes, zoning regulations, and dealing with city agencies (Landmarks Preservation Commission, Department of Buildings.
Qualifications: We seek motivated, bright, and responsible individuals with:
• Strong communications skills
• Working towards or possess a bachelor degree in Architecture • Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to learn
• Skilled in Collaboration and able to take Direction from the Team Software Requirements:
• AutoCAD 2010 a must
• Sketchup
• Microsoft Office
• Photoshop and 3Ds Max a Plus
