To me, my favorite type of writing to do in this class would be the short stories. I have always loved the idea of digging deep inside of my brain to see how creative I could be writing about something that could be true or something that sounds too good to be true. It is my way showing how extensive my creativity can be. So far, I have no issues with writing the short stories with or without a prompt because either one challenges my creativity to see how I can “curve” the story. Overall, I love writing the short stories and I hope we can keep writing them in the future while we are in this class.

Office Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. I’ll be available through Zoom and will send an invitation via email that you should keep all semester. Try to join my meeting at the start of the hour, not at the end—since I may be talking to other students or have another appointment after the hour is up. If those times don’t work with your schedule, we can schedule a different time. This means you’ll have to schedule an appointment in advance. I suggest you have multiple times in mind, since your schedule may not mesh with mine!
