I enjoy the setup that was put into the story regarding the eyes of the wife. She talks about how perfect her husband was only to reveal a terrible side that has been passed down to him. I enjoy the tragedy side of the husband, but I would also like to see his side of the story as to why he was doing this. Why would he keep it a secret? Why would he feel ashamed in himself for bringing up such a matter? What I did not like about this story was how it ends leaving you with more questions. While I do enjoy stories that give the readers answers, I do not like being on the edge of having more questions. It keeps you guessing as to what could happen next, but can also be a continued story. The story could even end there and not give any more details.

Office Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. I’ll be available through Zoom and will send an invitation via email that you should keep all semester. Try to join my meeting at the start of the hour, not at the end—since I may be talking to other students or have another appointment after the hour is up. If those times don’t work with your schedule, we can schedule a different time. This means you’ll have to schedule an appointment in advance. I suggest you have multiple times in mind, since your schedule may not mesh with mine!
