My experience with writing dialogue was okay but it wasn’t anything special. I found it pretty easy to include dialogue in my short story and liked how it was able to change it. The dialogue that was added helped the story have more life and emotion. It made it so my writing actually felt like an actual story that you would read in a book. One thing I struggled with at first was how to include a back-to-back conversation into my writing. Mainly because I didn’t remember how to and I had to review that. The dialogue was easy but I wasn’t really sure if it made sense in my story. Since I just placed the dialogue randomly throughout my story. I didn’t like the first dialogue assignment as much though because the conversation I used seemed pretty boring. So I probably should’ve used a different conversation or just something else in general.
