Lisa Narinedhat, POV Story for Picture B

It was the middle of the day during the year 2020 when a girl and her dog are seen stuck at home because of the lockdown from the covid pandemic. She stares out the window in hopes that the lockdown will end soon. As she stares, she pictures the little covid bacteria’s floating around the sky and wonders to herself when will it go away? Not only can’t she not see her loved ones, but her baseball practice was also done. She placed her baseball on the shelf in hopes that she can get right back to it once the lockdown is lifted. She went to her computer to start up a zoom with her friends and family. She stocked up on toilet paper since she noticed people were going wild to buy them. Luckily, she managed to get a good supply to last throughout the lockdown. Her dog stares out the window as well and is possibly feeling sad that he can’t go out for a run in the park like before.

It was good that you used actual current events to tell for your short story. I liked that you used visual imagery when describing certain things going on to immerse in the story. Overall I thought it’s a solid assignment you put up to share.

The amount of detail that you put into the environment was really thought out. I liked how you described how the character was thinking in this picture as well.
