Last year when I was still working at my old job at Chick-Fil-A, I made an anonymous report about one of my Front of House directors. He is a white male, around his 30s, and is well-known to be very active and physical. Everyone at the store knows that he is not a harmful person and does not mean to make anybody at the job feel uncomfortable. However, there are some moments where he gets a little hyperactive and does not realize what he is doing. During a busy lunch rush, I was near the bagging station. Our team successfully finished the lunch rush, and it was our most active and most efficient hour the whole week. Our director, out of excitement, slapped my thigh and squeezed my shoulder, which I felt uncomfortable with, especially since he is a male. At first, I did not stress deep into the situation. Still, I overheard that our underaged team members felt uncomfortable with being very physical with the females. Eventually, I decided to speak to our HR, one of our directors, that some of our female team members, including myself, feel uncomfortable with the physical touch. I requested to remain anonymous, and our HR spoke to the other directors about this issue.
