one time where i felt anonymous was during the third grade when i switched to a different school. I don’t remember why but i do remember having to say goodbye to my school friends knowing that i probably wont ever see them again. at my new school i felt very out of place. I didn’t know anyone and everyone just seemed to make friend groups on the first day and it made me feel left out. it was pretty difficult for me to involve myself in these different friend groups especially due to the fact that i lived uptown where as most students lived downtown. but eventually i was able to make some friends and it made my time there much better.
