what i really enjoyed about gurbas work is how humorous she is with her writing. she mixed the humor with the issues that she faces through stereotypes about being Mexican. being Hispanic myself i can understand where she comes from and the jokes that she makes. her work shows that she’s never afraid to speak her mind with her writing and she does it in an entertaining way.
